Who we are

New name – Same familiar faces – Same award-winning service

Ben and Dan have both been estate agents for the best part of last decade, with close to 20 years estate agency experience between them – working on the Wirral, Liverpool and even Dubai. We were born and bred on the Wirral and our families and friends all live here.

So why does this matter? Well, we really care about the Wirral and hope to build a lasting reputation based around that care, knowledge and experience.

We will take your instruction to sell or rent your home as a privilege and a serious commitment to you, acting in your best interests at all times whilst looking to build a long and lasting relationship that you’re happy to shout about! And now, Introducing our newest office – Hewitt Adams Neston

Since January 2021, on the back of several successful years operating out of our first office in Heswall – Hewitt Adams have been bringing their home-selling formula to Neston and the wider CH64 area.

This new, state of the art office, is based at 23 The High Street. (This was actually the old Gittins Carpet shop – Ben’s Grandfathers business that had been a part of the Neston High Street for over 50 years! We think it’s pretty awesome that we have been able to expand our business here!)

The Story So Far

Ben and Dan set up, the then Andrew’s Estates, Heswall office in late 2016 with the help of Andrew Smith of Andrew’s Estates. The idea was that it would serve as an incubation hub with the support of the Andrew’s infrastructure as they established themselves and built up their team of sales and lettings agents. And build it up they did! The Heswall office received the Gold Award for Heswall from the British Property Awards in 2017, in just their first year of full operation!

Now with 2 years’ trading behind them, a settled and dynamic team, an award in the trophy cabinet and numerous testimonials from all their satisfied customers – they are delighted to introduce…
