Meet The Team

Ben has been an Estate Agent for the last 10 years after falling in love with the industry shortly after University. With experience working in Residential Sales on the Wirral, in Chester and even a two year spell out in Dubai.

He grew up in Heswall and most of his family and friends still live here so it’s a genuine pleasure for him to see Hewitt Adams now on the local High Street in his hometown.

Daniel has been working in the property industry for the bulk of his career – with experience working in Sales and Lettings on the Wirral, in Liverpool and in Chester.

Heading up the Lettings and Property Management team here at Hewitt Adams. Having been a Landlord himself for many years – He is ideally suited to focus on this role and provide the service that he himself would expect.

Whether you’re a first time landlord or the owner of a large Portfolio – Daniel is here to help.

Daniel grew up in Heswall and most of his family still live there. In fact if you lived in Lower Heswall / Gayton twenty odd years ago – it’s very likely a ‘younger’ looking Daniel delivered your newspapers!

Liz is the Sales Manager and head of sales progression at Hewitt Adams’ Heswall office, and has been an estate agent for over 13 years. Making her one of the most experienced members of the gang!

Liz and Ben actually first worked together 10 years ago for a national corporate estate agency in Chester. Now reunited at Hewitt Adams – Liz primarily oversees the sales office, heads up sales progression (and keeps Ben in check!)

When not in work, Liz can typically be found Gin & Tonic in hand in planning her next foreign City break!

Matt joined Hewitt Adams in 2022 and has quickly progressed to a senior member of the sales team with his duties now split between sales negotiation and valuations.

Prior to becoming an estate agent, Matt was a head chef at one of Heswall’s premier restaurants and consequently he is bombarded daily for recipe / cooking suggestions from other members of staff. (Okay..mainly Ben!)

When Matt’s not cooking up sales in the Heswall office, he will likely be spending time with his young family or watching the Rugby.

Kirsty is a highly experienced Estate Agent, having managed a busy local estate agency for years, before joining Hewitt Adams in 2021 as a senior Sales Manager. Highly experienced in property valuations, sales negotiation and sales progression – Kirsty can look after both buyers and sellers throughout the home buying/selling process from start to finish.

Grace joined the Hewitt Adams ranks in 2020 and has quickly become an integral part of the Hewitt Adams team! Working in the sales side of the business – Grace enjoys nothing better than helping people find their dream home.

Chris is an integral member of the Hewitt Adams Lettings & Property Management team and one of the senior members of this group as our Lettings Manager.

A vastly experienced and knowledgeable Letting Agent, with a calm and collected personality – Chris is always on hand to help our customers.

When he’s not in work, Chris is a keen sportsman and spends his time with his young family.

Chloe is a valuable member of our Lettings and property management team.

With an infectious and bubbly personality – Chloe loves the day to day hustle and bustle of helping tenants and landlords alike and is great fun in the office!

A key member of the team, Sue is on hand to help out with both Sales and Lettings viewings.

When she’s not busy showing people around their new homes – Sue will be spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren, or socialising with friends.
